Arni - Kleftiko

"Stolen Lamb" 15th Century Greek recipe made slow cooked lamb (500 grams 5 Star Lamb Shoulder) that's first marinated in garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Steeped in history, named after the Klephts, who fought Ottoman rule in Greece between the fourteenth and nineteenth centuries
